Well play testing and de-bugging has officially begun! Here’s a quick little update before the weekend.

So I have a bunch of video shot from the weekend that I’m currently editing. Hopefully I can cut something coherent together out of it, it’s a bit all over the place.

To set the scene, we drove 6 hours up North to a recording studio and laid down the basics for 10 new songs for a brand new band we’ve started. We recorded 10 drum tracks and half of the bass tracks so far. So we’ll have to make another trek up there at some point to finish it.

We’ve been going to this studio for about 5 years now and it’s always a great time. One thing I really like is after the session is over we sit around and listen to old vinyl albums. I inevitably discover some old gem I’ve never heard before and I listen to it incessantly for weeks after.
